A six-part, live-action prequel to the Xbox thriller “Alan Wake”. Set in the fictional town of Bright Falls, the series showcases the dark events that transpire before the game’s titular character arrives in town. Complete series below
The series premiered on youtube and with coverage in the NY Times art section. It quickly gained a devoted following and even inspired fan generated blogs and a video series devoted to dissecting and discussing the events of the show.
To further immerse fans in the world of Bright Falls we created a Bright Falls Pandora station complete with the town’s local DJ, Pat Maine.
The music created for Bright Falls was an integral part to setting the tone of the strange Northwest town.The tracks composed by Black Iris were pressed to a limited edition LP with a cover designed by yours truly.
